No Refund Applicable on Cancellation by user.
If any cancelation done by turf owner/Box Owner or Admin, user will get 100% Refund in 8-10 Working Days in same account from which the user made payment.
No Refund applicable once the booked slot time start.
In case of any dispute At turf by turf owner or by user Post occupying turf no Refund applicable
In case of any Natural clamities or Act of God situation before the time of booked slot start we will review the situation and apply Refund accordingly .
